Erich can, and that seems a natural fit for a talented carpenter who now manages projects as diverse as his own interests. Erich can hold court about the art of building as easily as he can about the indie music scene. He can recommend off-the-radar books as well as the best place to buy junior hockey equipment. His curiosity about all things cultural, political, and practical serves him well in his role as Director of Project Services at BaAM. Because we rely on Erich to give projects a solid framework and to keep both schedules and budgets on track. But we also rely on him to think around project challenges, to weigh all sides, to consider the broader context, and find creative alternatives that will really work.
