Planning for the 100th Grey Cup Festival

Planning is underway for the 100th Grey Cup Festival, set to energize the city of Toronto this November with a number of events across the city in celebration of the CFL’s 100th Grey Cup. The Grey Cup is the annual championship for the Canadian Football League and this year’s historic game is the inspiration behind the multi-day 100th Grey Cup Festival. The Festival will be longer in length and broader in scope than ever before in order to pay tribute to this long-held tradition.

Beginning November 15, the 100th Grey Cup Festival will span ten days and eleven nights. It will showcase both the game of Canadian football and the City of Toronto.  The series of events will be a national celebration aimed to reach out to Canadians from coast to coast.  This “Invitation to the Nation” will be hosted in Toronto, the city where it all began with the very first Grey Cup in 1909.

BaAM, in partnership with Accucom Corporate Communications, is designing and developing some of the Festival Zones that will make up this year’s 100th Grey Cup Festival in collaboration with the 100th Grey Cup Festival Committee.
