Major League Baseball All-Star FanFest

MLB All-Star FanFest celebrated its 26th year in San Diego in 2016. Since 1991, BaAM Productions has worked with Major League Baseball’s Special Events Department to develop and manage all aspects of this annual extravaganza. FanFest has toured convention centres throughout North America visiting host cities including Toronto, Boston, San Diego, Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Pittsburgh, Denver, Chicago, Detroit and San Francisco during the week leading up to the annual All-Star Game. The event is scaleable and features up to 500,000 sq. ft. of baseball interactives, collectibles, displays, autograph booths and other activities that may change annually, depending on the host city and venue. Over the years, FanFest has been a must-see experience for more than 2.7 million fans, many of whom spend an average of 4 hours enjoying the event.

Advance preparation is vital to successfully implement a project of this scale and BaAM is committed to developing highly detailed floorplans and production design for FanFest each year. During the event, BaAM’s proactive approach and responsiveness to last-minute changes, requests and challenges are crucial to the ongoing success of this show.
