Nova’s career began in the entertainment space – mainly music, mainly hip-hop – and that energy continues to influence her today. She’ll gladly step up to the mic to champion conversations around wellness and mindfulness in the workplace. In fact, you may recognize her as a subject matter expert from one of her many syndicated TV segments!
