As BaAM’s Recruitment Manager, he drives our hiring process and ensures new team members have the tools they need to dive in and contribute to the WOW moments BaAM creates. He has had a lot of experience supporting major organizations to do exactly that with hundreds of successful hires across North America.
Although Steven knows our Informed Creativity and Guided Process shouldn’t be rushed, he’s able to quell his need for speed by getting behind the wheel of anything fast – speed boats, snowmobiles, motorcycles, ATVs – whenever he can. Steven is always looking to drum up some new Talent for our team.
