Major League Baseball All-Star FanFest
BaAM Productions works with Executive Producer Reg Bronskill and Major League Baseball’s Special Events Department to develop and manage all aspects of this annual extravaganza. Since 1991, FanFest has toured convention centres throughout North America visiting host cities including Toronto, Boston, San Diego, Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Pittsburgh, Denver, Chicago, Detroit and San Francisco during the week leading up to the annual All-Star Game. The event is scaleable and features up to 500,000 sq. ft. of baseball interactives, collectibles, displays, autograph booths and other activities. that may change annually, depending on current markets and venues. In its more than 15-year history, FanFest has become must-see for almost 2 million fans, many of whom spend an average of 4 hours enjoying the event.
BaAM spends more than 3,000 hours on floor planning for FanFest each year demonstrating the importance of advance preparation in successfully implementing a project of this scale. During the event, BaAM’s proactive approach and responsiveness to last-minute changes, requests and challenges are crucial to the ongoing success of this show.
